Meneer werd iedere ochtend wakker in een nat bed, ondanks het feit dat hij een Abri-Flex absorberend broekje droeg tijdens de nacht. De casemanager en de echtgenote van meneer hadden al een paar keer bij hem aangegeven dat hij het broekje niet op de juiste manier aantrok. Ik heb hem uitgelegd dat het belangrijk is een \u2018gootje te vouwen\u2019 van het product, voordat je het aandoet. Dat gootje zorgt er namelijk voor dat de anti-lekrandjes van het broekje omhoog gaan staan. Daardoor beschermt het product beter tegen doorlekken. De wijkverpleegkundige vroeg mij hoe het zit met de vergoeding van incontinentiemateriaal. Zo kan de cli\u00ebnt kijken wat het beste bij haar past. De wijkverpleegkundige gaf aan dit heel fijn te vinden, omdat ze anders niet zou weten welk product ze voor haar cli\u00ebnt moest kiezen. Ik heb een inlegger gestuurd met een hogere absorptie. Ook heb ik aangegeven dat onze regiomanager langs kan komen om uit te leggen welke producten er zijn en welk product je kiest voor welke casus.
