Ik\u00a0 (Jet van Kessel, productspecialist bij Abena) was \u2019s ochtends vroeg om 6.45 uur op werkbezoek bij woonzorgcentrum De Bloementuin om samen met de medewerkers een oplossing te vinden. Al aan het begin van de nacht was het bed van mevrouw doordrenkt met urine. Steeds op dezelfde plek omdat ze zich weinig verplaatst.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-e60791e elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"e60791e\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Niet het juiste product<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-ad05a5b elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"ad05a5b\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Mevrouw gebruikte het zwaarste systeem van een ander merk als incontinentiemateriaal. Maar dat hielp niet. \u2019s Nachts met haar naar het toilet gaan, was ook geen optie. Vanwege haar zwaarlijvigheid heeft ze hulp nodig van twee medewerkers. En er werkt maar \u00e9\u00e9n medewerker in de nachtdienst. Wel werd ze soms \u2019s nacht verschoond. Maar dat is natuurlijk niet wenselijk. Ik wilde mevrouw echter zelf onderzoeken en met de medewerkers spreken. Ik zorgde dat ik vroeg op de afdeling was zodat ik ook de nachtdienst nog kon spreken.<span style=\"color: var( --e-global-color-text ); font-size: 1rem;\">\u00a0Samen met een medewerker onderzocht ik de cli\u00ebnt. Ik zag al snel dat het incontinentiemateriaal niet goed aangebracht was. Ook zagen we dat er letsel was op de heupen, waarschijnlijk van de plakkers.\u2019<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-76a1c67 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"76a1c67\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Ander incontinentiemateriaal<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-74e36f8 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"74e36f8\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Besloten werd om ander een incontinentieproduct, de\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/abena-professional.nl\/healthcare\/product\/abri-form\/\">Abena Slip XL4<\/a>, te proberen. In de avond kwam ik terug om het materiaal zelf aan te brengen. De nachtdienst kreeg opdracht om haar niet te verschonen. Toen ik \u2019s morgens met een medewerker bij mevrouw ging kijken, wachtte hen een aangename verrassing. We troffen haar glimlachend aan. Ze had nu de hele nacht door kunnen slapen. De medewerkers op de afdeling waren erg verbaasd, dit hadden ze echt niet verwacht!<\/p><p>De afdeling kreeg toestemming om de Abena Slip XL4 speciaal voor deze cli\u00ebnt bij Abena te bestellen. Mevrouw kan nu elke nacht genieten van een goede nachtrust.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section
