We maakten gebruik van disposable washandjes in combinatie met spuitbussen reinigingsschuim. De washandjes lieten ontlasting door, zodat de handschoenen snel vies werden. De bussen schuim werden voor meerdere cli\u00ebnten gebruikt zonder tussendoor gereinigd te worden. Onhygi\u00ebnisch en onwenselijk.<\/p><p>Dat vonden ze bij Abena gelukkig ook. Mede op basis van onze feedback is een mooi nieuw product ontwikkeld. Een set van vier incontinentiewashandjes, met een speciale substantie die niet alleen reinigt, maar ook een barri\u00e8relaag achterlaat die de huid beschermt tegen irritatie door urine en ontlasting. Het is tijdbesparend, verfrissend voor de cli\u00ebnt en werkt enorm hygi\u00ebnisch. Dat is, naar mijn mening, het grootste compliment dat je als leverancier kan krijgen voor een nieuw product.<\/p><p>Daarbij is het implementeren van de producten in het ziekenhuis en de negen ouderenzorglocaties van de Saxenburgh Groep uitstekend begeleid door Abena. De productspecialisten zijn altijd bereid om ter plekke mee te kijken bij bepaalde huidproblematiek of andere gebruikersvragen. Dat is nu dat stukje extra service, dat je als klant zoekt en waardeert.
