Philadelphia doet heel veel op het gebied van innovatie. Ze zijn voortdurend op zoek naar ontwikkelingen die de inrichting van de zorg beter en slimmer maken. Hun focus op innovatie wordt vanuit twee kanten gevoed. Enerzijds vanuit de Philadelphia zorginstellingen waar zorgverleners een probleem signaleren. Anderzijds vanuit de actieve rol van de innovatoren die continu op zoek zijn naar de laatste trends en ontwikkelingen in de markt.<\/p>\n<p>Bij Philadelphia geloven ze heilig in de kracht van co-creatie met start-ups. Aan de start weet je nooit precies wat eruit gaat komen en daarom is het zo belangrijk dat je met mensen samenwerkt die er echt achter staan. Die er echt in geloven. Niet praktisch dus, terwijl de oplossing heel simpel was!\u201d<\/p><p>Houd het product zo simpel mogelijk en zorg dat het echt past binnen de werkvloer.
