Meestal gaat het om enkele druppels of scheutjes urine. Gelukkig zijn er verschillende oplossingen voor ongewild urineverlies en is het niet nodig om te stoppen met sporten.<\/strong><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-c4b192f elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"c4b192f\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h3 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Ongewild urineverlies<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-a2a5643 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"a2a5643\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Ongeveer een kwart tot de helft van de vrouwen in Nederland heeft naar schatting te maken met ongewild urineverlies tijdens het sporten. Ook bij andere lichamelijke inspanningen zoals hoesten, springen, bukken, niezen en tillen is de kans op urineverlies aanwezig. Daarom wordt deze vorm van ongewild urineverlies ook wel <a href=\"https:\/\/abena-professional.nl\/healthcare\/continentiezorg\/vormen-van-incontinentie\/stressincontinentie-of-inspanningsincontinentie\/\">inspanningsincontinentie of stressincontinentie<\/a> genoemd.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-6f0e85ab elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"6f0e85ab\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h3 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Oorzaken ongewenst urineverlies tijdens het sporten, hoesten, springen en niezen<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-197fb44b elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"197fb44b\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><a href=\"https:\/\/abena-professional.nl\/healthcare\/continentiezorg\/vormen-van-incontinentie\/stressincontinentie-of-inspanningsincontinentie\/\">Stressincontinentie<\/a> of inspanningsincontinentie komt vooral voor tijdens en na de zwangerschap en bij vrouwen in de overgang. Door hormonale veranderingen in deze periodes treedt een verzwakking van de bekkenbodemspieren op. De bekkenbodemspieren zijn hierdoor niet langer in staat de extra druk op te vangen die ontstaat tijdens het sporten en andere lichamelijke inspanning zoals hoesten, springen of niezen. Met ongewild urineverlies als gevolg. Bij een zware bevalling bestaat er bovendien kans op inscheuring van het weefsel rondom de vagina en de kringspier. Dit wordt ook wel een (totaal)ruptuur genoemd. Een totaalruptuur ontstaat bij ongeveer 3 op de 100 bevallingen.
